Rates
and Fees:
Our rates begin
at $2,450 per month.
We take
great care in finding creative ways to help match rates and services to meet the needs of each family:
- A customized assessment of needs is conducted to determine
the appropriate services and monthly rate.
- Honorably
discharged veterans and their widows are entitled to monthly income to offset the cost of Assisted Living. Assistance is provided
in obtaining VA benefits under their "Aid & Attendance" program.
- Monthly rates are not increased unless there is a request by families to add services.
- Physical Therapy, Re-habilitation, Skilled Nursing and Hospice Services
are available through Home Health Agencies supported by medicare. Assistance is provided in accessing these services.
Additional Fees: - Non-refundable pet deposit $500
- Additional occupant $1,000
- $750 non-refundable administrative
fee and $750 security deposit required
- Beauty Shop
and Pedicures available on-site
- Guest Meals $7.50
- Pet walking available on site
